About our fiddle team

The Music House Fiddle Team performs Fiddle Tunes and ensembles from The "Fiddlers Philharmonic" series of books and performs and competes upon invitation.

 

 

Six of our team members entered the Midwest Invitational Fiddle Competition on July 9, 2007, Jane Patzke and Izaki Metropolis moved on to the next round at Giddings Plaza, Lincoln Square, Chicago on July 12. Izaki will compete and perform at the Roots and Folk Festival on Sunday, July 15, 2007.

Our team earned the 2nd Place Ribbon at the Midwest Invitational  Fiddle Team Competition (Youth Division) sponsored by the Old Town School of Folk Music Below are pictures of the finals on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Giddings Plaza of Lincoln Square.
